Lynne and Helene form a dynamic team and have been successfully collaborating on various team development programs for the past 15 years.
The concept of a high functioning team began when they struggled with their own dysfunctions as their adventure racing team strived to compete in a world of highly skilled and professional athletes. Unbeknownst to them, practicing the five behaviors of a cohesive team is what enabled them to take second place nationally. These principles became the cornerstone of their success.
Their mission is to share their experiences and expertise in delivering the core behaviors of a cohesive team that enable organizations to compete at a higher level and achieve success.
They are currently rolling out this exciting new team development program utilizing Patrick Lencioni’s highly successful Five Behaviors Model in conjunction with Wiley Learning Solutions to small businesses and teams nationally.

She is able to link a focused marketing plan with people development to increase results. She identifies adverse trends and recommends/implements solutions.
